Kid kudi Slits His Wrist

Kid Cudi has killed off his old self and he has the bloody wrists to prove it…

In honor of the release of his collaborative rock album titled ‘WZRD’ with Dot Da Genius that hit stores today he symbolized his transformation’ with new tattoos of slit bloody wrists that he posted to his tumblr. The caption read:

“New Tat. The old Scott is dead…slit wrists.”

That ink job looks too real!

His new album (named after his band) ‘WZRD’ is alternative rock which isn’t too far of a cry from some of the stuff he’s been releasing lately, however he definitely doesn’t want to be boxed into being ‘just a rapper’. When Red Bull interviewed him about the new record recently, he revealed he was trying to push the envelope and make the music he wants to make instead of being pressured into a certain genre of music:

Jay Z Disgusted With Rihannas Choices

Radar Online claims that Jay-Z is none too pleased with Rihanna after she reunited with Chris Brown for new music following the brutal beating she suffered at the hands on him in 2009. A source tells the site, ”Jay was absolutely disgusted by what Chris did to Rihanna. Jay doesn’t understand how a man could ever lay hands on a woman; it just goes against who he is and about. Chris is absolutely dead to Jay, he wants nothing to do with him ever.”

And now that Rih-Rih is recording with him again, “Jay is deeply disappointed in her actions.” The source adds that Rihanna doesn’t get her thinking, noting, “He understands the need for forgiveness, but he is adamant that Rihanna shouldn’t forget what Chris did to her. Jay wonders what kind of message this is sending to Rihanna’s young female fans.” However, “Rihanna knows how Jay feels about Chris, but she doesn’t care, she is going to do what she wants.”

Rihanna feat. Chris Brown - Birthday Cake (Remix)

Rihanna And Chris Brown Colabrate For Birthday Cake Remix

Rihanna and her abusive ex-boyfriend Chris Brown have reportedly put their differences aside to collaborate on a remix of her song 'Birthday Cake', according to Mtv News. The well-publicized altercation before the Grammys in 2009 landed Brown with a conviction, though the pair have allegedly reignited their friendship in recent months.
The restraining order has also been relaxed, and it appears the former couple have been taking the opportunity to see each other once again, with Rihanna inviting Brown to record vocals for the extended remix version of Birthday Cake. Producers Da Interz first fuelled the rumors of Brown's involvement in the project, saying, "It's gonna be crazy. And the feature on there is gonna shock the world". Rihanna has also done little to quell the rumors, hinting via Twitter on Friday (February 17, 2012), "They can say whatever, Ima (sic) do whatever... No pain is forever, Yup! You Know This". Brown has been courting controversy again in recent weeks, most notably at the Grammys Awards where he scooped Best R&B Album and later hit-out at his critics on Twitter.
Clocking it at only 1 minute 18 seconds, 'Birthday Cake' was initially not considered for inclusion on Rihanna's latest album 'Talk That Talk', however, due to a high level of fan interest following an online leak, it made the record as an interlude.

Rapper Tygas album Careless World: Rise of the Last King not hitting any stores near you. Higher officials have once again put a hold on his album release. Due to a dispute over authorization of  a Martin Luther King sample Fans are going to have to sit tight for a couple of weeks. Retailers like Best Buy, iTunes, have already sent the album back after receiving notice of the unauthorized sample of Martin Luther King on the album’s title track “Careless World.”
The label appears to be working on the situation, however he hopes to have the album out within the next “two weeks.” It doesn’t make matters well that a bulk of the album has already leaked to the web. He’s going to need some sort of whirlwind promotion to come out with even half decent sales.

Pop Icon Whitney Houstons Funeral To Be Streamed

Whitney Houston's funeral will be held today (18 Feb 2012) in her home town of Newark, New Jersey. Fans and stars are expected to pay tribute to Whitney Houston who was found unconscious in a bathtub at the Beverley Hills Hotel last weekend.
The service will take place at New Hope Baptist Church and this is actually where Houston sang in a gospel choir with her mother Cissy when she was only 11-years-old. Already fans have been gathering outside to write messages and lay flowers. The ceremony itself will be private and by invitation only. Family friend Reverend Jesse Jackson told Sky News that Cissy, who had a strong faith, wanted to bring her daughter home: 'I think the parents at some point just wanted to just have her for themselves for a moment. She's been out there so long, and people had her all these years. I think they finally wanted to reduce the circus atmosphere and make it about the church.' Stevie Wonder, Kevin Costner and godmother Aretha Franklin are all expected to make appearances at the funeral, whilst one camera will be allowed inside the church in order to stream footage of the ceremony.
Fans who want to bid farewell to Whitney Houston will be able to watch her private funeral online. CBSSF.com and CBSNews.com will begin streaming the funeral service starting an hour before the actual service begins at 9:00am PST/12:00pm EST.
BET and sister network Centric will cover the funeral during its special "Live: The Homegoing of Whitney Houston,” starting at 11:30 a.m. Eastern
Fans can also watch Fox News, HLN and MSNBC for live coverage.

Chris Brown Tells Grammy Critics To "F**ck Off"

Chris Brown has some very pointed words for those who were critical of his return
to the Grammy Awards on Sunday night. "F--- off." In a Twitter rant that has since been deleted, Brown went off on the people who questioned whether he deserved to be at the show three years after he missed his scheduled performance due to his assault
on then-girlfriend Rihanna on the eve of the 2009 awards.
"HATE ALL U WANT BECUZ I GOT A GRAMMY Now! That's the ultimate F**K OFF!" Brown tweeted on Tuesday in a widely reported screed that has since been deleted, but was preserved by the Mashable site. The site reported that a trending topic during the Grammy show was "wife beater" in reference to Brown.
"Strange how we pick and choose who to hate!" Brown reportedly wrote. "Let me ask u this. Our society is full of rappers (which I listen to) who have sold drugs (poisoning). But yet we glorify them and imitate everything they do. Then right before the worlds eyes a man shows how he can make a Big mistake and learn from it, but still has to deal with day to day hatred! You guys love to hate!!! But guess what???"
An unnamed source said to be close to Brown denied that the singer posted the comments himself, telling Radar Online that "someone does his postings on Twitter and when he saw that he ordered it taken down immediately." A spokesperson for Brown could not be reached for comment at press time.
Brown's angry response came after a number of celebrities expressed disappointment that the singer performed twice on the Grammy broadcast. Among them were country star Miranda Lambert, who wrote, "I don't get it. He beat on a girl ... not cool that we act like that didn't happen." She suggested that Brown needed to listen to her track "Gunpowder and Lead" (about a woman getting ready to kill her abusive husband) and "be put back in his place. Not at the Grammys."
Jack Osbourne was not impressed either, tweeting, "Chris Brown ... people don't forget! #chrisbrownbeatswomen," while singer Michelle Branch wrote, "Trying not to go off on a rant but ... Chris Brown ... *bites tongue* have we forgiven him?"
